Setting the Record Straight
Good morning!
I've received a number of comments regarding my participation in the long-running television show 'Soul Train.' I'm afraid people have confused me with Don Cornelius, fashion icon and host of the show in the 70s and 80s. I am Marcus Cornelius, fashion icon and humble part of Happy Corn and the Corn Crew.
While I respect and admire Don Cornelius, I am in no way affiliated with him or the television show 'Soul Train.' You may also remember Mr. Cornelius as one half of the popular singing duo, Tony Orlando and Don. I hope this clears things up.

Tony Orlando and Don Cornelius were an act for only a year or so. Mr. Cornelius left to fully devote himself to 'Soul Train.' After that Mr. Orlando teamed up with his high-school sweetheart, Dawn Abromowitz. After that they were known as Tony Orlando and Dawn.
